I don't normally do customer satisfaction surveys (there are far too many of them) but I thought that I would volunteer a few thoughts on my experience with you.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result. The radiators throw out a terrific amount of heat, look fantastic and the coloured versions are an excellent match to the RAL 7044 specified. We could not be happier.
Not only that but you and your colleagues have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This is genuinely the first time that I have submitted a comment to any company for use in promoting and supporting its quality of service, and I have no connection with House of Radiators (HofR) or any employees there.
I had a particular fitting specification that required specific pipe centre to pipe centre measurements and pipe centre to wall measurements, and had searched exhaustively on line without success. I browsed the catalogue of HofR without finding what I wanted but rang for advice. Clare found exactly what I was looking for.
All staff have a superb grasp of their stock and are prepared to go back to the supplier to verify technical details if necessary, and, are 100% reliable in calling back once the information is to hand. I accept that certain radiators might be available on line elsewhere for a little less, but on line only suppliers in my experience prioritise throughput not service. And if things do not work out, you can be on your own. In this instance there were a number of problems with the manufacturer. The response of HofR staff was exemplary and exceeded expectations. Every setback was overcome, every delivery was notified and the outcome checked with me afterwards. Simply, this company will not let you down and are committed to customer satisfaction. Don't look any further - this is the place to do business.

I have now purchased 8 radiators from House of Radiators and will be returning soon to buy 2 more. I have no hesitation in recommending the shop whatsoever.
The staff at House of Radiators really took their time to help us choose the correct radiator; from helping us work out the heating requirements to matching colours with our room decor.
They were really helpful and patient with us; there were lots of styles to choose from and I was surprised how many could be made specifically to our measurements and colour schemes.
House of Radiators worked out the combinations for us, and we didn't have to wade through the brochures; they made the process very straight forward and we could then enjoy making the final decisions and placing the order.
After the order was placed, it was a case of waiting for the delivery; in some cases just a couple of days. House of Radiators managed all of this for us, and we could then plan and coordinate with the plumber.
The radiators are now in place and attract a lot of admiration from all of our visitors. I thought anything other than a white radiator would be too expensive, but this was not the case at all, and has certainly improved the look of each room; hence returning to purchase more!

Nothing was too much trouble for you from offering to wait at your showroom past closing time if I encountered traffic problems on my journey from Surrey, to helping with technical queries as raised by my plumber during installation. I also very much appreciated your assistance with choosing valves to match and complete the contemporary look of the radiator I had chosen.
