Available Designer Radiator Styles
House of Radiators - Leading Supplier of Designer Radiators
Welcome to House of Radiators, experts in designer radiators that are a triumph of both form and function.
At House of Radiators, our products radiate more than just warmth - they radiate value, quality and style, raising the aesthetic profile of any living room, kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.
With an extensive range of radiators available in stock and bespoke sizes, House of Radiators also offers innovative radiator art along with stylish Murano glass radiators hand crafted in Venice.
We supply a fantastic range of designer, feature and contemporary radiators that heat your room while achieving far greater aesthetic appeal than standard press panel radiator equivalents. House of Radiators supply designer radiators that break from the norm, using alternate materials such as glass in their manufacture that allows for great variation in form and finish. See for example our Radiator Art range that allows for the inclusion of your favourite graphics custom built into the radiator. As well as contemporary design radiators, we also supply equally attractive valve sets and accessories.
Emphasis on radiator design, does not have to mean compromise on function and warmth. Our products are designed and manufactured to exceptional standards by the best suppliers in the industry. Contact our showroom by phone or email for assistance in calculating required heat outputs for your rooms, and advice on the best placement and style of radiators.
Our staff have combined experience of over 60 years in the installation, maintenance and sale of radiators and other heating products, and will be happy to discuss your heating project with you, assisting from the planning stage, through specification delivery and installation.
Radiator design focus is not a new trend. Decorative radiators have graced our homes since the industrial revolution, when systems such as central heating and piped gas started to improve and become common place. Some of the more elaborate radiator designs included compartments for linen or included ornamental grills.
What has changed, is that the variety of form and function available in radiators has increased many fold in recent years. House of Radiators combine styles from a wide range of suppliers so as to be able to cater for any radiator requirement. The design of radiators is a feature that is sometimes overlooked when choosing a new look for a room. Still, to make up the required heat outputs, radiators often need to be one of the larger features in a room, covering significant wall space. Where pressed panel radiators may provide adequate heat output for a reasonable price, more and more people are choosing to install radiators with a unique look. Something so functional as a radiator doesn’t have to look dull, it can infact be a positive influence on the aesthetic of a room.
Of course there are styles of room where less focus on the radiator is the primary objective. In this case, House of Radiators range includes radiators with a sleek minimalist design. Some even incorporate function so that one radiator can satisfy the purpose of another bathroom fitting, such as a mirror or an extending drying rack.
Choosing a designer radiator
There are several factors to take into consideration when selecting a radiator aside from the design. Heat output is a primary factor that should be considered as this will determine whether the radiator output will be sufficient to heat the room in which you intend to install it.
The size and height of the radiator is frequently important in the buying decision.
In many cases you will have a specific spot in mind for the new designer radiator, and will need to be of specific dimensions to fit under a window, or next to a door.
With a large range as we have at House of Radiators, we're certain to have the radiator to fit your requirements.
Some of the Radiator Types Available in Our Range
Towel Radiators
Towel radiators are popular options for kitchens and bathrooms, efficiently providing warmth whilst drying and heating towels, and removing the necessity for other towel hanging accessories. Towel radiators often comprise horizontal tubes, or sometimes come complete with attachments over vertical tubes. Options include electric towel radiators.
Feature Radiators
Feature radiators are designed to provide a point of interest, and comprise some of the most unique radiators in our range.
Glass Radiators
Our glass radiators can be made to bespoke sizes and can be supplied in a large range of colours and finishes.
Marble Radiators
Constructed with real, 3cm thick marble, each radiator is inherently unique and provides a natural even heating surface.
Classic Radiators
For an authentic traditional look, classic radiators are the perfect choice where aesthetics are important but modern design is less appropriate.
Additional And Bespoke Sizes Available
While our website demonstrates a large range of popular sizes, many of our radiators can be supplied in bespoke sizes and finishes. Contact our show room for more information.
